Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of stickerbully.com (the "Site") and any order you place with Sticker Bully ("Sticker Bully", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order through the Site is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example if an item is mispriced, artwork violates our content policy, or we suspect fraud — and if we do, you'll be refunded in full.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and don't include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider at the time of order; we never store your full card number.

3. Proofs & Approval

Most orders include a free digital proof before production. Once you approve a proof, your order moves to production and can no longer be changed or cancelled. You're responsible for reviewing spelling, color, and layout before approving — we print exactly what's approved.

4. Production & Shipping

Orders are printed and shipped from the USA. Turnaround times shown on the Site are estimates that begin after proof approval, not the order date. Shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside our control.

5. Returns, Reprints & Refunds

Because every order is custom-made, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from your approved proof, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint it or refund you.

6. Your Artwork & Content

You keep ownership of any design or artwork you upload. By uploading it, you confirm you have the right to use it and to have it printed, and you give us permission to reproduce it solely to fulfill your order. You may not upload artwork that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark, or that is illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit. We may decline to print any artwork at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sticker Bully's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent changes. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
